Client Money Protection

Being an RICS regulated firm that adheres to client money rules, Eckersley can provide Clients with the comfort of knowing that their funds will be rigorously controlled and monitored.

Eckersley has been a member of a Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme for many years in spite of it only becoming a mandatory requirement with effect from the 1st April 2019 that all firms handling client’s money area a member of a Government Approved CMP.
